FRIDAY.

Yesterday was Thanksgiving... and it struck me how fast a year had gone by... and inevitably that lead me to think about the past... and the present... and the future...

Usually when we look back at the past, we tend to focus on just the good stuff and forget about the bad stuff... and that's why the past always seems better than the present... but truth be told... the past was not as good as it was... and the present is not as bad as it seems...

Now, I know the future ain't what it used to be... Say a prayer for the falling angels... Stem the tide of the rising waters...Toll a bell for the broken hearted... Burn a torch for your sons and daughters... but please make me feel... even if it is not true... that the best is yet to come...
